Fantasy portrait (2018-2024) - The learning curve

Every year I recreate this one portrait to see how my style has changed, where did I improve, and where can I still grow. Each year I asses, and put goals before me to reach.
This year was hectic, more than expected, but despite it I have managed to make my style mature alongside me, and live up to the growing demand of life, as I entered the workforce.

A brief explanation of each year, and how I improved:
2018 I have started my studies in Kós Károly Art school. I had up until this point only drew as a little more than a hobby.
2018-2020 I have spent my time studying, learning more about art from an academic perspective, it is no secret, highschool is all about experimentation.
By 2021 I had a more solid, though still flimsy grip on the way I wished for my art to present. It has in my opinion lacked the 'oomph' to truly call my own, yet for it's time, and still I think stands on it's own.
2022 was by no means the biggest leap I took, and fell face first. All that taught me much though, about dramatic lighting. It was a pivotal point for me to try my hands at them, and learn when and when not to use them.
2023 was my last year in school. After may, my hand was let go by my teachers and I was entirely up to my own to find a job; armed with the 5 years I spent studying art, and with the responsibilty before me my mindset shifted. I do think it shows how my art grew up with me.
2024 left me with little choice, but to stand ten toes down and continue on.
